After 14 years as a physical therapist across a range of care settings — I kept seeing the same thing: patients, especially older adults recovering from a fall or fracture, leaving weaker than they needed to and cycling back into the hospital instead of getting stronger. I started Catapult to give them the sustained, individualized care I couldn't always provide inside that system.
