Is this the same as home health?
No. Home health requires a physician to certify you as homebound. Catapult provides outpatient physical therapy delivered in your home. There is no homebound requirement, so you can receive skilled physical therapy at home simply because it is more convenient, accessible, or appropriate for your recovery—not because you are confined to your home.

What are my payment options?
Medicare is accepted. For non-Medicare beneficiaries, cash-based services are also available, with payment plans offered upon request.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments are available Wednesday through Saturday and are offered by appointment only. Online booking information will be available soon.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy?
Not always. Under Texas direct access laws, you may be able to begin an evaluation and receive treatment from Catapult for up to 30 days without a physician referral.
